Ok for example the name benjamin has all of these, English, French, German, Biblical listed as the origin or whatever. So is it all 4 or is it ok to just pick one?

Benjamin comes from the Hebrew Benyamin, "son of the right".

The spelling "Benjamin" is used in English, French and German, as well as in the (English) Bible. That's why the usage is listed as "English, French, German, Biblical".The origin, as Andy stated, is Hebrew.

Well, the origin of the name is biblical (Hebrew), but it is also used in other countries, where English, German, or French is spoken. In the case of Benjamin even the spelling is very similar (whereas Rebecca for instance is spelled Rivkah in Hebrew).Andy ;—)
