Some visitor to this site once did say that she'd arrived directly to this message board via a search engine, and wasn't aware of the database.
On the other hand... A resourceful individual would realize from the URL that there must be a main page at www.behindthename.com. A resourceful person would then go and check it out. At the very least, a resourceful person would also check out the FAQ listed at the top of this page in order to get a clue or two as to how things operate around here before making any assumptions.
I believe you were pretty resourceful, Lilith, right from the get-go.
