My husband and I have come down to these three names, so we ask for your opinion, please.

I love the name Evelyn. Leanna is pretty too. Audrey is honestly nms. Evelyn Leanna or Leanna Evelyn would be a nice combo.

Choosing names based on their meanings
I want people to choose based on the name meaning as well. Audrey means noble strength, Leanna is form of Eliane which has a meaning "sun" and "beautiful waterfall" and Evelyn means lively and pleasant and is sometimes considered to be a form of "Eve".

Elaine doesn't mean "sun" OR "beautiful waterfall". It actually and old French form of Helen, and Helen means "torch" or "moon".
For Evelyn, the meaning is uncertain, however, its associated with the meaning "bird".
If you go on the Opinions Board like Andy said, and just tell them to pick based on meaning, they would be happy too :D
