No, I've never heard of any person named Yahweh. But I've also never heard of any real people named Quetzalcoatl, Belenus or Lucifer, all of which are in the database. I don't want to limit myself to only first names belonging to real people - gods, goddesses and fictional/mythological characters are also fair game.
In the near future I am planning to add two more bits of information to each name entry in the database: pronunciation and usage. The usage info should clear up any confusion about the Yahweh entry, as it would provide me a convenient place to note that it is not in use among mortals.

Pronounciation
It may be more practical to include .wav files (disk permitting) for pronounciation. If so, I gladly volunteer to send you pronounciation of the Greek names :)

Audio files would be cool, and fun to make. But I fear they would chew up too much bandwidth (data transfer, which costs $$$) so I'm going to stick with text. Right now I'm looking into alternatives for a simple pronunciation system.

Thanks Sarajeanne! It's going to take a while to add all the pronunciations, especially since I don't know how to pronounce half the names myself.
