I never heard him pronounce his name himself, but here in the German speaking part of Switzerland where I live, whenever he is mentioned on TV or radio the usual English pronounciation of the name is used.

Or, more clearly, RAH-jur (or RAW-jur)

But it's just a matter of how you spell the pronuciation.
