Technically, Milo is a boys' name but there is nothing stopping you using it for a girl. I'd save Milo for the girl though.

I definitely dislike the name Milo for a girl, to answer your eariler question, but I see here you have changed your mind and put it as a boy's name, in which case I think is kind of cute. What are you going to use as the middle name? I would always have a "normal" or not so unusual name that the child could go by incase they don't like the name when they get old enough to care about such things. I think the girl names you picked are pretty, but again any thought to a middle name? How are you going to pronounce Seren? Like Suh-ren or Sar-ren or Say-ren?
got down to 2 names now that me and my fella agree on:
Shay Cooper GIRL
Milo Cooper BOY
havn't got a middle name yet! Any Suggestions?? I agree with not having a very unusual middle name too.

Sorry. You asked. I don't like any of them. To each their own.
I suppose any masculine name can, given time, become popularly used as a girl's name. We've seen that happen with "Madison", for example, which means "SON of Maud".
But I think that the name "Milo" is still generally recognized as being a masculine name, so giving that name to a girl would be pretty much like naming a girl "Henry".
