I'm looking for a name that means "little seashell" and...
is Spanish. Is it out there somewhere?

Actually, the word is caracolito ... little sheashell. It's what we call my son. :)
I am spanish and the only name that could mean "little seashell" that I can think of is "Conchita". Is that the one? If not are there any other clues that you can provide?
Hmm, that is interesting. I looked up concha and it does indeed mean "shell" in Spanish ("seashell" I presume). Conchita would mean "little seashell".
However the name Concha is listed by multiple name books/websites as being a diminutive of Concepcion. No reference is made to the other meaning, which has doubtlessly had some influence. Conchita is a double-diminutive.
I will make a note of that in the entry.
