I personally see great beauty in a pregnant woman, and -- if allowed -- give pregnant women a Pillsbury touch :)
However that fellow's behavior certainly smacks of paraphilia. I agree with Weslyn's advice, try and get by with a little help from your (aknowledged) friends and take it easy 'till the dust settles...
And go for a female therapist if you wish, lest you enter Woody-Allen-land :P
