Musa is the Arabic form of "Moses" - the wander-in-the-desert prophet dude.

Mt. Sinai in Egypt is named in Arabic "Jabel Musa", "the Mountain of Moses".

I'm surprised Nan didn't know this one...or maybe she did?

Nanaea is right

We need more to work with if we are to have a somewhat fair chance.

First I thought of greek when I saw the name "Musa", but I doubt "Tariq " has any connection to greek.
It actually made me think of African names.

But it seems I was right. Your surname is arabic and not greek.
Your first name is probably arabic too then.
Just a guess though.
