Actually...

The usual maxim is, in its entirety, thus:
"We are the Borg. You will be assimilated. Your biological and technological distinctiveness will be added to our own. Resistance is futile."
Alternately, in Star Trek: First Contact, it's:
"We are the Borg. Lower your shields and surrender your ships. We will add your biological and technological distinctiveness to our own. Your culture will adapt to service us. Resistance is futile."
(Incidentally, the Borg Queen was first seen in First Contact. Perhaps she was a new Queen who wanted to spice up the old motto a little. ;-))
And finally, Jean-Luc Picard said as Locutus:
"I am Locutus of Borg. You will be assimilated. Resistance is futile. You will disarm your weapons and escort us to Sector 001 [Earth]. If you attempt to intervene, we will destroy you."
The Borg pronounce "futile" few-TILE (few-TIE-ul?), except for Seven of Nine, who pronounces it FEW-tul. To Jeri Ryan's credit, she asked about the pronunciation after watching several episodes about the Borg for research into her character, but she was told FEW-tul was correct. So she said FEW-tul and promptly got lots of mail complaining about her mispronunciation. I can't recall right now if anyone (the writers or Ryan herself) subsequently corrected the error.
