The names you suggested are really cool. I don't know how well this workes, but an idea for a girl might be Rawiya Amira. That's the name of a character in one of my novels that's set in Ancient Egypt - or at least, Rawiya is the name of Amira's reincarnation. A nice one for a boy might be Wahim or Qasim, I can't really think of a middle name.
