Love Reaghan (Ree-gan), but I think that in any spelling people are going to pronounce it like the President & the character in King Lear (which is Ray-ghen)and so I'm not sure that I'd want to use, but in keeping with the Shakespearean theme here are my suggestions for mns:
Portia
Cordelia
Juliet
Anyways, I'm trying to push it on my DH as mn, but I'd rather use Marlowe (William's dear friend)
