I never used to like it because I thought it was too "dated" but it's growning on me because it's my lovely grandmother's name. I would only use Mary or any of it's variations as a middle name. I'm 20 years old and I think it's a little strange when I meet a teenaged girl with this name. But I think the name Mary would be precious on a little girl. So to answer your question... Yes I do like it.
