I don't know the "proper" pronounciations, but if you are going on pronounciations based on looks I can suggest some. THe only one i know how to pronounce is Aisha, because it is my friend's sister's name, and she says it I-shuh. I think i-EE-sha is spelt Ayesha. Based on this I would pronounce the others by looking:
Aina-I-nuh or AY-nuh
Aine-I-knee or AY-knee
Sorry I don't know the real ones!
Aina-I-nuh or AY-nuh
Aine-I-knee or AY-knee

I don't know about Aine or Aisha, but Aina is a form of Anna usual here -it was originally from the Balearic Islands (I don't know how do you call them, the biggest island is Majorca) but now it's known everywhere where Catalan is spoken-
and it's pronunced: EYE-nah.
I think it's a cute name, and a good alternative to Anna, that it's overused here (you call "ANNA!" in my high school and ten girls look at you), but here we are so boring with names that I couldn't tell you for sure if Aina is popular or not.
I hope that make sense, my English is pretty bad, I know.
