Well, I prefer Sabella, simply because I would never spell Isabella Isarbella.
I prefer Isabella in full, or the very similar Sybilla / Sibylla. Sabella, while pretty and not childish-sounding like a lot of other nn names, is still a little too unsubstantial for me, due to its diminutive origin.
