I have the same question... I really love it prn. both ways, but it is hard to think about actually using it because of the various prn. I said Elaina before, but then I also started saying Ellen-uh (it is cute with the nn Leni :)). I am so confused, but I love it anyays!

I say eh-LEH-nah, but sometimes it gets turned into eh-LAY-nah when I'm feeling lazy.

I pronounce it "eh leh nah". I'm not fond of the "uh lay nuh" pronounciation, though it isn't horrible.

I say eh-LAY-na. The vast majority of people I've encountered pronounce it that way as well, however, I have a friend from Puerto Rico who says eh-LEN-a. Actually, it's a cross between len/lay. I don't mind that at all.

I (almost) had a little sister named Elena, and since she was Russian, it was pronounced like that.
