Themes this obvious are tacky. Color names are best used in moderation, but this is over the top. I also don't think it's nice that due to their meanings, they may as well have the same entire combos. If there happens to be a surprise triplet, just name that one Blue Moon and save the trouble. Sorry, but I really hope that this is just for a Sim family and not real.

Naming multiples with a theme, especially one this obvious, always strikes me as a bit disrespectful to their individuality. And that isn't "cute" to me.

The whole "blue moon" thing is good, I have to hand it to you. I like themed twins myself, and this is a good one. I would be tempted to use Azura and Lucina, but perhaps four final -a's would be too many. This is well done. :-)
I don't have any that are specifically "blue moon" themed, but I have a couple of similar ones:
Selene Diana and Soleil Lucina (moon and sun; mn's both of Roman goddesses associated with childbirth)
Sapphira Nyx (g) and Phoenix Apollo (b) (blue night and red day)
