I like Catherine very much. It's right along the lines of a lot of my favorites. Catherine Rose is a common pairing but is still, I think, quite pretty. Of your combos I like it very much with Margaret and Joan. I'm not big on Helen though I do like Helena and think they'd go very well together. Same with Maria over Marie. I also like:
