Hilary for a girl
WDYT of Hilary for a girl?

No way, I only think of it for a girl!
I have never met a boy named Hilary but I know at least two girls
All I can think of is Hilary Duff, and in that case, no thank you.
feminine to me, though, I would see it as too girly for a boy

I like it better for a girl. But I dislike it - I find it ugly.
love for both genders
I never used to like it (it actually seemed too stiff and formal to me,) but a couple of years ago I had a blonde-curled, chubby-cheeked, freckle-faced camper who made me think "okay, I think THAT is what a Hilary really looks like!"
Anyway, I can visualize it more on a grown woman than a child, so it doesn't feel at all tomboyish to me.

I dislike it. It sounds very masculine to me.
I don't care for the name in general, but I don't really like it any less for a girl than I do for a boy. It probably wouldn't be perceived as tomboyish, though, at least not in the US. It just isn't my style.
Quite the opposite imo. I'm not very keen on the name Hilary. It makes me think of a snobby girl.
I don't find it tomboyish at all.
I know it's both a feminine and masculine name, but I think most people will associate it with a girl. And in the United States perhaps, they'll associate it with Hilary Clinton? Maybe not, I don't know.
It's not my style, but I don't find it repulsive either. It's okay, overall.
