Aoife Scarlett is nice, but I don't like anything in the rest of the set. I especially don't care for Chasca or Harian.
However, in the second set, I really like Willa & Quinn (though you never specified which gender Quinn would be?). I don't care for Milo because it reminds me of my friend's cocker spaniel. Arabella is pretty, but not something I'd use personally.

Aoife Scarlett is a great name, but I don't really like the rest in that set. Ariela reminds me of nipples. Chasca sounds like a refreshing beverage. Harian sounds like some sketchy Dark Age chieftan or maybe a Disney villain, which isn't necessarily a bad thing. Not my style so much, though.
The other set is pretty unremarkable.

Chasca? Just say no.
First set:
Chasca looks like Chaska, aka a little town in Minnesota where Prince used to live, misspelled. Ick.
These all come off as very trendy-now, and I think that even though they're not common names, they'll be dated in twenty years.
Second set
I really love Willa, and Milo, Quinn, and Arabella are fine enough for someone else. Nice enough sibset.
