Gweniffer sounds too much like those horrible mix-names the tabloids have been using to refer to celebrity couples, like TomKat or Brangelina...maybe a cross between Gwenyth Paltrow and Jennifer Anniston? :o
I much prefer Gwendolyn nn Gwyn. Gwyneth sounds very elegant too.

Agreed! There are way too many ridiculous mized names. I would just use something that has history and practicality.
Gwynedd / Gwyneth are lovely, as is Gwenhwyfar (the original Welsh version of Guinevere) as are Olwen, Morwen, Rhonwen, Gwendolen, Bronwen, Ceinwen, and a slew of other names related to Gwen.
