I think it is very pretty. I don't like Romy very much because it doesn't sound very nice to me and reminds me of cheese. I would simply use Rosie. I love Rosemary Eve.
I could never use Rosemary myself because the first thing that comes to mind is a rat that my sister used to have named Rosemary. My grandfather also had an older sister that was a blue baby named Rosemary.
