I'd say eh-LEER-ee (which would basically come out like "a Leary" in my accent). Perhaps just like Ellery, but I don't like that quite as well.
Eleri Katharine sounds nice, either pronunciation.
Miriam isn't too serious at all; I think it's rather fun, actually. Especially nicknamed Mim. :)
