Diddy's twins
(P?) Diddy and his girlfriend Kim Porter welcomed twin girls today. People.com reports:
In honor of two people who had an enormous influence on both Porter and Diddy, 5 lb., D'Lila Star Combs was named after Porter's grandmother, Lila Star, Zimmerman said Thursday afternoon. Her 5 lb. 4 oz. sister, Jessie James Combs, was named after Diddy's grandmother, Jessie Smalls.

I am not liking D'Lila at all. Why not Delilah, or even just Lila? Apostrophes in names kinda irritate me. And poor little Jessie James has such a masculine name! I don't mind Jessie, but I think they should have paired it with a more feminine mn. WDYT?

Well, I have to say that I think people often name their kids to get attention, and well, Diddy has succeeded. I don't mind the names, but they could have spelled D'Lila correctly or just stayed with Lila. Also, I like Jessie James (because I like the name James on a girl and have actually seen it before) but it isn't even spelled like the original Jesse James. Oh well, another couple of names to add to the Awesomely Bad Celebrity Baby Names List.
lol. Looks like we were typing this at the same time.
