WDYT of Kaitlyn and Katherine indivdually? They are both nice names but Katherine seems more Elegant than Kaitlyn to me, of corse I am biased since Catherine is my daughters name.

Does Kaitlyn sound too modern? not to modern but too popular especially with the lyn ending
Is Katherine too old fashioned? no, its a name that never goes out of fashion
