Also, netspeak is not just frowned upon, it is against the rules, so please refrain from using words such as "kwl" and "u" because it is difficult for non-native speakers of English to understand. To answer your question, I've known only two Rebeccas, and I don't particularly like the name. I tend to stay away from Biblical names, though. I think Anne/Anna and Louise are pretty with it.
