I am not good at suggesting middle names because I generally think they should be chosen from within the family. My mother's middle name was Frances, after one of her aunts.

Leona sounds dated to me. But not dated enough to be fresh and new. If that makes sense!

Unfortunately, Leona is a bit dated-sounding to me. Even if it were trendy, I'm not sure I'd like it. It makes me think of Leona Helmsley.
