I'm sorry. I missed the last sentence of your original post about
Mary and
Kay. In a sea of Brittneighs, Maddisyns and K8tlins,
Mary and
Kay are a breath of fresh air.
I know they were overly used in the past, but everyone is running away from names like these so fast that they are actually unique in this newest generation. If you just can't see yourself using
Mary or
Kay, how about a variant:
Maura /
Moira /
Maureen /
MollyMarenMarie (nn
Mimi?)
MaeMarian /
MarianneMarisol (
Mary + sun)
Miriam (nn Miri,
Mimi or Mim?)
MariskaMarina (nn
Marnie?)
MariahMaria (nn
Mia,
Mitzi?)
Mia
KatrinaCatriona ("ca-TREE-uh-na" or "ca-TREE-na")
CatalinaKathleen /
CathleenKatherine (nn
Kat,
Kit,
Kitty or
Kay?)
KatrinKateri ("KAH-ter-ee")
Ekaterina (nn
Katia /
Katya)
Kaia ("KIE-uh")
I could see you with a little
Mia Katherine or a
Kaia Marie. :-)
