A silly spelling of Casey, imo (though I'm glad to see it on a boy instead of a girl, though the kree8tiv spelling esp. with a Y made me assume at first it was a girl :-/). Also looks like it should be pronounced like the word "case". :(

This is not a newly invented spelling, but as the previous poster pointed out, is a surname in the USA, made famous by the psychic Edgar Cayce. There is also a city called Cayce in South Carolina, a suburb next to Columbia, the capital city.
