Yes and no. Sound-wise, no. But theme-wise, DEFINITELY! I love the name River, but dislike Raine and dislike the nature theme.

Certainly not too close sound-wise. The obvious theme wouldn't suit everyone but if you like it, go for it! I think they're cute.
