There is something sort of intriguing about it and yet I still see the word pipe. Drain pipe, crack pipe... I really hate that these negative associations come to mind. Peter Piper... Also, the combo Piper Anne reminds me of someone who would look like Pepper Ann or Raggedy Ann.. A girl with red yarn for hair.
