Annabel and Adeline...
Replies
I pronounce Adeline, like Caroline (with the LINE ending).
I love Annabel Lee! I hope you keep it and I think it''s awesome with Juliet Rose. Adeline is beautiful too and I dont think it's too twinsy. My favorite is Adeline Mae.
Others:
Adeline Joy
Adeline Ivy
Adeline Mia
Adeline Zoe
Adeline Eve
Adeline Eva

I say it like add-ah-LINE myself. I think Annabel and Adeline (or Adelaide) would be lovely. I'm still not a fan of twins (or siblings) having the same first initial, though. :-/
ETA: If you click on Adeline, it only has the French pronunciation as -leen on the end, but the English prn. is -line (or LIEN, actually).

I'm not a fan of twins being given names that begin with the same letter, far too twinsy for me.
I do like Annabel Lee and Adeline though. I pronounce Adeline like ah-dih-lin.

I'm not a fan of twins being given names that begin with the same letter. Anyway, I think your choices are fine, though I think Adeline is the far better name. I pronounce it ah-duh-LINE.
I love Adeline and pr. it Ad-el-line. I'm not really a fan of Annabel, since it's so close to my own boring name. This spelling also looks unfinished to me; I'd prefer Anabelle or Annabelle. Annabel Lee doesn't flow well for me; they kind of run into one another because the fn ends with the same sound the mn starts with. I'm not a fan of giving twins names starting in the same letter, but Annabel and Adeline are far less cutesy and matchy than, say, Dolly and Molly.
