I know a baby who was born in March named Moira (she was named after her grandmother) and I also know a preschool aged girl by this name, so it's not completely unheard of. I don't think I've ever met anyone with any of the other names. Viola might catch on at some point since Violet is coming back. Jorien and Neimi seem a little too "foreign" to me to catch on in the US. Klarisse sounds dated to me but perhaps someone will discover it and it will catch on.
