I couldn't have told you that either name was from Star Trek.Miral is nice, but not my style.Jadzia is very pretty. I'm not certain that I'm pronouncing it correctly though. I also like the names Jazira and Jadira, which have a similar sound.

I'm not entirely sure I'm pronouncing Jadzia right, either, lol. I've been saying it JAD-zee-ah. I'm going to pick up season one of DS9 from the library in a couple days, and I'll see how they pronounce it.-------

That's how I've been pronouncing it as well. Let me know when you hear how DS9 pronounces it, and according to Miranda in the message above the Polish pronunciation is completely different from what i'm saying, haha.
