I like the look and sound of Theodora better than Dorothea. OTOH, I dislike Dora but like the fact that "Thea" is so easily visible derived from Dorothea. Teodora and Dorotea are nice too but perhaps a little too much with our Scottish surname. Tea is really pretty.
