can Lila be a nickname?
For anything besides Delilah? Could Lila be a nickname for Elizabeth? Can you think of any other name it would work as a nickname for? I'm just curious....

I always thought it'd be a lovely nn for Liliana, or some spelling thereof. There's also Khalilah, Jalila, Galila, Madeline (MAD-eh-LINE), Marjolien, Adelaida (ah-deh-LIE-dah), and Lillian.

I could probably see Lila as a nn for Elizabeth, because Lily is sometimes. I don't see why Lila couldn't be. Other suggestions:
Lilia
Lillian
Liliana
Lilias
Carolina
Amelia / Emiliathose are the only one's I can think of besides Delilah and Elizabeth, but even those are stretching it.I don't see no shine,
today is just a daydream.
Tomorrow we'll be castaway...
