I really like the name Noelia, although I doubt I'd ever use it. I much prefer it over Noelle, which I don't like at all. If I had to go with one of your combos, I'd go with Noelia Eva or Eva Noelia, depending on if I wanted to use it as a FN or a MN. I think it's lovely either way...not common and very pretty :)

I like Noelia Eva, though I think Noelia Eve flows better. I think Noelia is a beautiful and uncommon name.
