I absolutely love this name, it's great. Gideon Aubrey sounds nice, although Aubrey is nms.

I like the name Gideon, and I also like the combo Gideon Aubrey, and I like Gideon Reeve.

I LOVE the name Gideon and plan on using it for a future son. It's very masculine, imo; plus I like the Bible story. I must say that I don't like the combo Gideon Aubrey though - Aubrey just doesn't fit with the manliness of Gideon. Personally I like Gideon Samuel Mordecai or Gideon Samuel Zachariah, but that's just me :-). Others probably find them rather odd.

I'm not sure I like Gideon at all. I think it's because it sounds like Giddy-on, which is just sounds silly to me.

Gideon Aubrey sounds nice, depending on what you're last name is. If it starts with a G, then no. Middle names starting with vowels always worries me about what it's gonna spell.

I adore it lately. Gideon Aubrey is gorgeous! :)

I used to really dislike this name, but lately it's been growing on me and I think it's nice. The combo Gideon Aubrey is nms as I'm not a fan of Aubrey on either gender, but it does flow nicely and both names have a similar feel. It's nice :-)

It is one of my favorite names. Although it conjures up the thought of Gideon's bibles... still I love the sound, spelling, and connotations I get with Gideon... down to earth and intelligent.
