WDYT of Brielle?
It says it's a nn for Gabrielle on this site, but it could be a fn, right?

Yeh i like the name, my sister (Teagan Jade) started to call herself Tejai at one point as a nn. And my name is Brydie Elise, and the most interesting nn i could think of was Brielle prounounced Bry-elle, and i think i would definately use it as a name for my daughter one day.. :)

I think it's horrible looking and sounding. Seems like a modern, trendy, made up name to me. :(But then again, I don't like Gabrielle much, either. :b

It could be used on its own. It's a GP for me, although I prefer Gabrielle. It's kind of cute, different and not overly common. Briella is another one of my GPs.

I really don't like it. Briella is a bit nicer, imo, butI just don't like the "bree" sound. Photobucket - Video and Image HostingI wanna go to the crappy town where I'm a hero.

Don't like it.Makes me think of brail, and also, for some reason, nursing home food. Just my impression, sorry. -the warrior girl and her dragon lover-

it could definitely work on its own.I like it. I like Bri and I like Elle, but for some reason I'm still a little unsure about this name. but it could grow on me.

Yes, it could be a first name, and a cute one at that. :)
I think Brielle is very nice but I do prefer it as a nn for Gabrielle or Gabriella.

Well it could be but I think it's much better as a nickname. It sounds cutesy and insubstantial by itself.

For sure - it reminds me of Brianna and a lot of those Bri- / Bre- names. It's a very pretty one too.
