Cayden

My first thought, honestly?
"Trendy much?"
I don't like -aden names, sorry. And I hate that they're moving over to the girls side as well.

I like Cayden for a girl, but I prefer the spelling Kayden or Kadyn for a girl. I know of two little girls named Kayden, both go by Kadie. It's quite cute.
I think enviable that Caden will become a unisex name if not go to the girls. Kayden already is ranked #627 for girls on the 2005 SS list.

The image I get is, honestly, 'why did those parents give their son the mn Michelle?' Cayden (Kaden, Caden, etc.) is very masculine to me, and I don't even like it as a boy's name. It's too modern & trendy, imo.

Cayden Michelle sounds like a sweet name with good rhythm. But if you didn't know her middle name, Cayden would sound a little like a tomboy. She might meet a lot of boys her age named Cayden/Caidan.
* Cayden is a popular fad name right now.

I actually think it's very pretty, Cayden Michelle. But, if you don't want people to get confused with gender, I would suggest Cadence instead.

Well, when I hear Cayden (Caden), I think of a boy.
When I hear Cayden with a Y, I'm inclined to think of illiteracy.
When I hear Cayden Michelle, I think of another boy's name hijacked for girls (not like adding a Y makes it more feminine anyway).
Edit for typo
What are the convulsions of a city in comparison with the insurrections of the soul?
Man is a depth still greater than the people.

That's pretty! I like it! Cayden is very unusual.
