It is very pretty. I think that AH-ree-ahn-a is the the more common pronuciation.

I like it, I think it's very pretty.
Funny thing: I read not too long ago that Ariana is an old name for Afghanistan.

It really doesn't do much for me either way.

I prefer the Arianna spelling but I think it's a pretty name. In general, I like names beginning with Ari (Arianna, Arielle, Aria, Arabella) and I pronounce it the way you do.

My friends daughter is Ariana, the way you like it. I'm not too fond of it, but its not the most horrible name out there either. I always think of a really eccentric girl when I hear the name because I knew one like that when I was in high school.

I think it's a pretty name, although I slightly prefer the sp. Arianna. I know the most adorable little girl with this name, which makes me like it even more :) Overall, though, I must say that I much prefer the similar names, Adrianna & Ariella.

Honestly, all these names (Ariana, Arianna, Areanna, Aryana, Arienna, etc) make me think of Hitler because of the "aryan race" and the way it sounds. (I prn it Are not Air usually).
