It's nmsaa. I think it's better left as the name of a bike.
What about Haley? It's similar and much more feminine.

Makes me think of the character on Guiding Light (a female character), who was named after her father's favorite motorcycle. I've always thought it was kind of ridiculous, and don't like it on either gender.
“The caveman method I abhor, and I do not believe that it is ever successful with the women who is worth having. Who could desire a woman taken by force? Who would gain any pleasure from loving or caressing a woman who did not give in return?"

And the writers of Guiding Light named the character after the actress Harley Jane Kozak, who had previously played a different character on that program. Ms. Kozak was born Susan Kozak and took Harley as her stage name after she tripped over her apartment mate's motorcycle one night while she was a young struggling actress, and decided that Harley would be much more distinctive than Susan. :)
Not for a girl, sorry.
I have a distant relative named Harley. She's about ten years old, I think. Her grandmother was absolutely appalled by the name. ;-)
I don't like it myself.

I really dislike it. I think it sounds very harsh and not strong or feminine at all.
Not my style a bit too surnamey but at least it has a unisex meaning
Severly dislike it, sorry.

It's cute but will date very badly, as it's so trendy at the moment.
