Caroline
wdyt of Caroline. I am becoming fond of it again for a couple reasons: 1 it's my great great grandmother's name and 2 I work with the most kindest lady named Caroline. Therefore I wouldn't have any problem naming my daughter Caroline. Any middle name suggestions?

My daughter is Caroline Julia. It is my all-time favorite name. You have good taste!Other middle names we considered:
Caroline Maeve
Caroline Mae
Caroline Emma
Caroline Anne
Caroline Megan
Caroline Elizabeth
Caroline FaithI recently met a woman at the park with a baby named Caroline Elizabeth, and 2 babies on vacation named Caroline! (Didn't get the middle names). I've also heard of it frequently as a middle name, in the last year alone I've heard of Lily Caroline, Rebecca Caroline, and Regan Caroline.I've always loved the name, but I think it has gained popularity here in Massachusetts since the Red Sox won the World Series a couple of years ago. It has been a tradition to play "Sweet Caroline" at the games for a long time.

I think Caroline is such a classic name that it should be paired with another classic.I agree with Nirvanna's suggestion of Caroline Elisabeth (I love this spelling, I think it's softer than spelled with a "z'), and even though it's a long mn it just sounds beautiful with Caroline. If you want something shorter, I also like:Caroline Grace
Caroline Mary

It's growing on me, and I do think it is pretty. I, however, much prefer Carrie on its own (despite the fact that it could be considered "nicknamey"). I love the combo Caroline Celestia.

Loving the Names:
Ariella Kathryn, Carrie Marie, Elisabeth Ava, Faith Alexandra, Michaela Reese, Sadie Elisabeth
Cade Preston, Deacon James, Grant William, Jude Hamilton, Roman Spencer

Caroline is a lovely name. The only problem is that people sometimes mispronounce it. I'm not sure why people mispronounce Caroline as Carolyn because the only Carolines I've ever known (and have heard of) have all pronounced the ending like the word 'line' unless they were French, and in that case, they definitely didn't pronounce it like Carolyn. I would love to post a bunch of combos, but I'm running short on time tonight. My few suggestions are: Caroline May / Mae, Caroline Maeve, Caroline Joy, and Caroline Pearl.

I like this name. It's not too unique but not a lot of people have it. It's also very beautiful. L'Eau Qui Pleure

I love it. I have no combos with Caroline as the FN, unfortunately. Only the middle: Margaret Caroline NN Maggie. But I still would use it as a first name. Just no combos at the moment.------------------------------------------
Time to unload the gigantic lists of names running rampant in my head...
