The only other name that could yield the nickname Becky imo is Beckett, and that's a way too boyish name for a girl to me.
And, no, I don't think Becky's substantial enough to be on its own. Besides, your daughter might not like the name Becky; she might prefer to be called Becca or even Rebecca on its own.
Becky Lynn sounds very 1980s to me, strangely. It flows well enough though.
