I like Nevena the best because I don't like names that are also place names, and it is also much more unique. It is also very pretty, where as Nevada sounds a bit more solid or masculine to me.

I honestly don't like either of them. But if I had to pick, I'd pick Nevena. I don't like states names on children.

Nevada. But either works.
