Sorry, but I think "unique" spellings are rather silly. It just makes it hard for people to know how to pronounce and spell the name. My fave combo is Eva Madeleine.

Of the names you've listed, my choice would be Eva Madeleine since none of the other names are my style. Eva & Madeleine are both very pretty pretty, although I personally prefer Ava & Madelyn or Madelaine. Nice combo :)
