Bella sounds too girly with Brooke which sounds very strong and more manly...~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ Our souls are 5000 miles away from each other, but our hearts are closer than ever. ~

I prefer Bella as a nn, how about
Annabella
Annabelle
Isabelle
Isabella
Ysabel
LulabelleOr maybe even as a double name, for example, Olivia-Belle. You could also do this with Brooke, Julia-Brooke?!

Bella is lovely, I dislike Brooke a lot. It seems very dated to the 80's...I prefer Bella as a nn for Isabella or Isabelle, however because those names are quite popular Bella on it's own is cute. Also, havign twins with the same nitials is just not my style per se, but there's nothing wrong with it. How about Bianca or Beatrice?

I prefer it when twins have different initials, although I do think that Bella and Brooke sound very nice together.

Well Marissa,
I like Brooke. But Bella reminds me of fairytales and disney movies. I guess thats not a bad thing. Bella sounds like a fairie or a pixie or something.

I don't like same initials for twins, it can get confusing. It also just might be detrimental to the twins' individualisation imo.Other than that, I don't think Brooke goes well with Bella. Bella has an elegant, Italianate/Victorian air to me. By contrast, Brooke has a 1980s, surnamey feel.I think Bella Brooke wouldn't be so bad as a fn, mn combo.
