I don't think it matters if all but one child have a letter beginning with the same letter. Just because names start with the same letter doesn't necessarily make them similar. Say you love the names Asher, Anthony, Annabelle and Steven. I would much rather have you use names you love than have you compromise and use names you feel lukewarm towards just so your children's first names won't have repetitious initial letters.

BTW, I'd much rather see sibs named Asher, Anthony and Annabelle than Larry, Gary and Mary.
