I don't think it matters as long as the middle name/s starts with a different letter coz if you get mail and you have two children with the initials KLM (for example) it would get concufusing, although a friend of mines name is Kristen and he has a sister named Kylie and his dad's name is Ken and they sometimes get confused coz they have the same surname. Anyway, like I said, I don't think it matters also as long as the names don't sound too much alike (Jade and Jane) or something like that.
