Most are not Celtic
Most of these are not of Celtic origin, with the exception of Keagan, Tierney, Cordelia and Keely. I love Cordelia, it's one of the top names I would use for a daughter
Oriana and Brienna are pretty too.I like Keagan & Tierney for a boy (Tiernan even better)
Never seen Cinnia before- where did you find it?

www.babynameguide.com They list them as Celtic and then go onto say that are originally dirived from the ... language, whatever the case may be. I'm sure alot of that is dilluted. I think most of those babyname book and website are a little... off. who knows where they get that stuff? :)
